With this mission we, as a 100% subsidiary of AlphaConsult KG, are looking for you as a Technician for Aircraft Structure Technician (m/f/d) for our project in Gilching.

The AlphaConsult Group offers:

Your tasks as a Aircraft Structure Technician (m/f/d):

• Work according to technical specifications and applicable standards (e.g., 80T-XX-XXXX)
• Pre-assembly of individual parts and subassemblies (drilling, countersinking, reaming)
• Use of joining techniques: riveting, screwing, bonding
• Processing of universal rivets, interference-fit rivets (Hi-Lite and Hi-Lok), blind rivets
• Application of sealing compounds
• Performing rework, repairs, and corrections
• Assembly of components in serial structural production

Your profile as a Aircraft Structure Technician (m/f/d):

• Completed vocational training as Aircraft Mechanic (specializing in Production Technology), Aircraft Structure Technician or relevant professional experience in aircraft structural assembly
• Solid knowledge of aircraft structural construction
• Independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style
• Good command of English or German (spoken and written)
• A valid EU work permit / Residence in the local area or willingness to relocate
